All three Ministry of Caring childcare centers have earned a top, five-star rating in the state-sponsored Delaware Stars for Early Success program. In contrast to a critical shortage of childcare across the country, our bright and lively state-of-the art centers accept Purchase of Care enrollment and affordable rates with hours to accommodate working parents.
Our fully certified professionals, trained in early childhood education, provide high quality care and education, focused on children’s age-specific, individual growth and resilience in a clean, safe, stable and encouraging environment with nutritious meals and snacks.
With support from qualified volunteers and members of the Delaware Foster Grandparent Program, we provide the important balance of learning and play to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Our annual graduation ceremony – complete with caps, gowns, diplomas and excited families – celebrates children’s individual growth and accomplishments as they head to kindergarten.
The Secret Garden is run by the Delaware Center for Horticulture and is used to teach kids at the Ministry’s Child Care Center about the environment and sustainability.
