Manchego cheese & olives: preset on the table
Mixed green salad: garlic-pimento vinaigrette
Valenciana paella: saffron rice with chicken,
chorizo, shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari
Flan: Spanish custard with caramel custard sauce
Red Sangria: red wine, peach liquor, triple sec, brandy, assorted cut fruit
