Emmanuel Dining Room!

MENU: 

1st Course:
Crispy Baked Brie – apples, baby greens, candied walnuts, sultana puree, cider vinaigrette

Entree:
Beef Short Rib “Bourguignon”- tender red wine braised beef, carrots, peas and pearl onions, rustic fork mashed potatoes

Dessert:
Classic Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee & Flourless Chocolate Torte with whipped cream & berries

Dine-in, $35 per person, by prepaid reservation.
